Land Available for Cash Purchase

I had no idea that buying land with cash came with a real discount — I always assumed the price was the price. When Sam explained that paying upfront typically means a lower purchase price, it made the decision easy. We got our lot in Show Low at a number that felt almost too good, and the quality of land is exactly what we were hoping for. Couldn't be happier.

I was looking for something simple — own the land free and clear, no monthly obligation, no financing cost eating into the value. Sam had everything organized, the deed transfer was clean and fast, and I was done in less time than it takes to close on a house. Clean title, no liens, exactly what I needed.
